POSITION INFO:
My client, a top investment group is urgently seeking an Accountant to join their team in Cape Town.
REQUIREMENTS:
• B.Compt. Degree or equivalent
• Completed SAIPA articles
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Experience with CaseWare
• SARS experience would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team Player
• Work well under pressure
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Great work ethic
• Deadline driven
• Valid driver’s license
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compilation of financial statements
• Monthly processing
• VAT/EMP recons and submissions
• SARS appointments and queries
• Submission of tax returns
• Provisional tax calculations and submissions
• Personal income tax calculations and submissions
• Growing and maintaining client data base
