Accountant (online store/dc/warehousing experience)

Atlantis R28,000- R38,000 CTC per month

An Imports, Warehousing, and Distribution Company that supplies retail chain stores, DC’s, and online stalls, seeks a BCom Accountant who has worked for a big On-Line Store/DC/Warehouse for one of the big chains or On-Line Stalls (with a warehouse). You will need to put systems, procedures, and processes in place and better the current manual antiquated systems. You will need to have a good working knowledge of warehousing and online stores, and scanner systems. You will need a working knowledge of cost centers, costing, budgeting, stock, cost code, orders, suppliers, etc. We are looking for someone to perform duties outside of the job scope and be innovative and hands-on. Must-haves are advanced Excel (Pivots, VLookup, etc) and Pastel Evolution. We are looking for a long-term employee to grow with the company into an FD role. The company is stable and in a good financial position and offers stability and growth to the correct candidate. English and Afrikaans, excellent IT ability and own car is a must. This is incredible for a young Accountant to grow into a very senior role in a relatively short period of time.
