SUMMARY:
Our client and accounting firm are looking for a remote Bookkeeper/Accountant with no less than 3 years' experience.  Monthly management reports for clients (if you have experience in working in an accounting firm this is ideal HOWEVER we are open to looking for a candidate from any industry)

Must have a  full setup at home from a laptop and printer including wifi.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Strong Ms. Excel skills
  • Responding to requests from clients on general accounting needs (i.e. running reports, responding to requests, etc.)
  • Prepare reconciliations (i.e. bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, verifying receipts, general ledger accounts, etc.)
    Prepare financial statements and provide an overview to the client
  • Establish, document, and evaluate internal processes for the best client experience.
    Manage prospective and current client correspondence
  • Strong at recons both on debtors/creditors
  • Able to work on various clients simultaneously (from loading new clients to starting a set of accounts)
  • Preparing various ledger
  • Good with technology (cloud), written commination and you are a team player as well as have the ability to work independently this is then for you
  • Bcom Finance/ accounting 
  • Bookkeeping Diploma
