Accountant - Northern suburbs - Market related PLUS Medical Aid and Pension

MUST LIVE IN CAPE TOWN

Established company needs a senior, FULL FUNCTION, accountant reporting to the Finance Manager

We are looking for an energetic team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.

Minimum requirements:

Accpacc (advantageous)
Advanced excel
Recognised qualification in Accounting (BCompt/BCom)
3 Years signed off articles (SAIPA/AGA/SAICA)
Membership with SAIPA/AGA minimum

Responsibilities & Experience:

Processing up to Trial Balance
General Ledger reconciliation
Management Accounts
Intercompany loan management incl. interest calculations
Stock management & maintaining asset register
Clearing account management
External loan account management
Online banking (loading and releasing payments)
VAT201 and EMP 201 calculations and returns
Record and prepare cash flow forecasts together with the Financial Manager
Payroll journals & recons
Assist Financial Manager with Audit preparation

Provide guidance to team members where required
