POSITION INFO:

Our client, an accounting firm based in Knysna, is looking for an experienced Accountant.

Please Note: Overtime may be required from time to time to meet client deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position will focus mostly on compilation of financial statements and management accounts, but will also involve performing / supervising audits, tax, bookkeeping, and other administrative duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BCom (Accounting) or similar qualification
• Completed SAICA Articles (preferable, but not essential)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• CaseWare knowledge and experience
• Solid knowledge of IFRS for SME''s, Companies Act, international standards of auditing and the Income Tax Act.
