R25 000 -R30 000 per month

Seeking an analytically orientated candidate with methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently as well as in team environment.

Ability to keep records of financial transactions in systematic manner, prepare financial reports and stringent financial controls in a FMCG environment.

Educational requirements:

B Com Accounting

Honours preferred, not essential

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within a similar environment

Experience within a FMCG environment would be recommended

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a complete and systematic record of all transactions and analyzing the financial position

Analyzing accounting data and preparing reports and ensuring the accuracy of financial documentations

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Prepare and maintain financial reports

Evaluate financial operations and recommend best practice

Identify issues and strategize solutions

Guide on cost reduction, revenue enhancement and maximizing profit

Conduct forecast and risk analysis

Evaluate and document processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Assist with monthly reconciliations and monthly management reports

Problem solving, investigation and resolving queries
