POSITION INFO:

Full finance function oversight
Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
Month-end close and annual financial statements
GL reconciliations and tax compliance
Continuous process improvement initiatives
Lead and mentor a team of 4
Partner with procurement and support BEE planning
Manage insurance claims and payroll deductions

What Sets You Apart
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while inspiring your team
Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, or Mining
Sage X3 knowledge is a bonus
Willingness to travel quarterly

Qualification:
BCom Accounting degree + SAICA articles – non negotiable
Minimum 5 - 8 years experience post articles in a similar role
