Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is looking for a Accountant - Customer Support to join their team in the Helderberg area.

Our specializes in end-to-end property management software solutions.

They have designed the most advanced Body Corporate & HOA management software that enables property managers to manage their property portfolio with one solution that seamlessly integrates all the functions of property management and accounting.

Qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12 with a relevant Financial Diploma or BCom qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Previous financial work experience would be advantageous.
• Previous support experience would be advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for solving customer cases through a variety of customer contact channels which include telephone, emails, and online meetings.
• First in line contact person for all our clients to assist with client queries.
• Data migration of our client information from a previous financial system onto our financial system.
• Build client relationships while assisting them with queries.
• Manage knowledge base articles.

Area: Helderberg area (Somerset West / Strand).

Salary offered: Market related.

Starting date: As soon as possible.
