POSITION INFO:
🎓 Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Proven experience managing the accounting function for multiple branches
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Working knowledge of SAP Business One and Sage

• Preparing Financial Statements
• General Ledger maintenance and reconciliations
• Inventory accounting and stock reconciliations
• End-to-end bookkeeping/accounting function

• Manage the full bookkeeping function through to Trial Balance and Financial Statements
• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger
• Process inventory accounting and stock reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and cashbook processing
• Prepare and submit VAT returns while ensuring statutory compliance
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
• Compile financial reports and provide insightful analysis to management
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial records across both branches
