As Accountant / Assistant Financial Manager, you will maintain robust financial systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and support decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. What You’ll Do

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial records.

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Prepare VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL, and income tax submissions.

• Support audits and ensure full compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage fixed assets and monthly reconciliations.

• Draft correspondence for banks, auditors, and suppliers.

• Support cash flow forecasting and reporting.

• Oversee CIPC and business registration processes.

What You Bring

• Degree or qualification in Accounting (non-negotiable).

• 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience.

• Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word, and Outlook.

• Working knowledge of Pastel / Sage Evolution (minimum 2 years).

• Exceptional accuracy, organisation, and communication skills.

• High integrity, reliability, and accountability under pressure.
