Our client, based in the far West of Johannesburg, is currently recruiting for a Junior Accountant to join their family business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
Our client, a well known Agricultural business and manufacturer of a well known brand, stocked by many retailers, is currently recruiting for a Junior Accountant to join their team. The role will report into the Admin Manager.

The duties of this role include drafting VAT submissions, debtors and creditors function, assisting with preparation of financial statements, preparation of general ledger, preparation of income statement and ad hoc functions.

Education:

Diploma in Accounting

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 - 7 years' experience
Manufacturing experience
Strong Excel skills
