Our reputable client within the Property industry was established in the late 1980's and they are excited to expand their Financial Team with an experienced Accountant.

They pride themselves on respect, passion, customer satisfaction and innovative.

The successful incumbent will report into the Financial Manager and will be responsible the preparation of annual financial statements; management reports, liaising with customers & stakeholders (including Auditors); strategic cost saving initiatives; statutory accounts and tax returns; and drive governance, compliance and reconciliations.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting, with completed Articles
Minimum 4 years’ experience within the Property industry
