My market leading client is renowned for excellent service and innovation. They are seeking an Accountant to join their industry leading team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee daily cashbook transactions
Processing journals and daily cashbook transaction
Assist the FM in the accounting function
General ledger reconciliations
Oversee debtors and creditors ledgers
Fixed asset register maintenance
Foreign payments and receipt payments
Ad hoc duties in various departments

Skills:
Accurate record-keeping
Pragmatic approach & positive attitude
Self-motivated & self-starter
Attention to detail and meticulous
Excellent English and Afrikaans verbal and written communication required
Highly proficient in Microsoft

Qualifications and experience:
BCom degree required
Minimum 2 years-experience in a similar role
Strong financial background
