JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee the daily transactional processing of all transactions, within the business unit

Daily/weekly finance reports to management

Implement, controls and measurements to mitigate risk within a hyper growth environment

Weekly reconciliation of control accounts

Risk management associated with creditors function

Month end procedures and reporting (Income statement + Balance sheet)

Ownership of weekly payment process

Reviewing and reporting of accounts receivable and payable age analysis

Oversee bulk invoicing

Review monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable

Reconciliations of individual accounts

Continuous improvements in the daily finance workflow and processes

Additional ad hoc duties, as required within the business

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role

Work with a dynamic and young team

Critical thinking ability

Deadline oriented

Qualification:

B.com Accounting or similar
