POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well established hospitality venue in the Potchefstroom area requires an Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper.

Duties will include:

Full accounting function up to trial balance

Debtors (Invoicing , recons, collections)

Creditor (Invoicing , recons, payments)

Bank Recons

Daily cash flow management and forecasting

Inventory reconciliations

Maintain fixed asset register ( depreciation / insurance )

VAT calculation and submission

Prepare Journal entries

Budget vs Actual reporting

Monthly management accounts

General ledger maintenance

Balance sheet reconciliations

Interest calculations

Liaise with bank and auditors

Requirements:

A tertiary bookkeeping / accounting qualification (B Com preferred), Completed SAIPA articles with a professional qualification will be advantageous.

A minimum of three years relevant experience.

Fully bilingual (Afrikaans / English)

Own transport and valid driver''s license.
