POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the Position:

Providing high numeracy and analytical quality and standard in the finance department and ensuring all related tasks are executed in the correct manner.

Responsibilities and Duties: Not Limited

•             Must have Finance experience and proficient in all aspects of accounting;

•             Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.

•             Preparation of asset liability and capital account entries;

•             Preparation of financial statements and audit files;

•             Preparation of loan files;

•             Maintain fixed asset registers;

•             Tax invoices for vehicle sales and metal products;

•             Processing financial records on Pastel;

•             Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;

•             Assist fellow team members with related projects;

•             Secures financial information by completing backups;

•             Prepare and submit audit files to Company Auditors and answer related queries;

•             Analyze and compile account information;

•             VAT / PAYE Submissions;

•             Income tax submissions.
