SUMMARY:
Accountant with a formal accounting qualification (B.Comm Acc / B.Comm Financial Management) and minimum 2 yearsâ€™ experience (preferably in the financial services sector), required to start asap with this Financial Services Group based in Bellville, Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Accountant with a formal accounting qualification (B.Comm Acc / B.Comm Financial Management) and minimum 2 years’ experience (preferably in the financial services sector), required to start asap with this Financial Services Group based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:

B.Comm Accounting / B.Comm Financial Management or similar qualification essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role essential
Full accounting function – from processing to Annual Financial Statement drafting experience required.
Pastel essential

Responsibilities:

Full accounting function for Financial Service Group – 15 entities
Reconciliations
Management Accounts
Drafting of annual financial statement
E-filing – VAT, EMP, etc
Financial administrative duties
