My client is a manufacturing company and distributes ingredients to suit each market sector that focusses on every customer’s needs.  The finance team is currently looking for a Accountant to join their team.

As the Accountant you will be involved in every aspect of the finance department ensuring that the correct information is presented on a continues basis.

As a Accountant you will responsible for the following:

• General ledger accounting (GL recons/intercompany accounts/monthly journals etc)
• Variance analysis (review income statement)
• Cash books (understand vat impact)
• Debtors
• Creditors
• Fixed assets

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)

Certificate / Diploma

Minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience in a similar position

Prior exposure within Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Advanced knowledge of Syspro packages
