SUMMARY:
Have you recently completed your SAIPA articles and in search of your first big step into the commercial industry? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking start-up in the heart of Cape Town!

POSITION INFO:

Assist with the annual financial audit

Assist in the payroll processing

Prepare payments of suppliers for review

Account reconciliation up to Trial Balance level

General ledger accounting

Perform debtors and creditors reconciliations

Maintain fixed asset register

Prepare SARS returns for review and submission

Prepare and process month end journals

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience performing the full accounting function

Experience using Xero (highly advantageous)

Excellent technical skills

Qualification:

SAIPA or SAICA articles advantageous

BCom Accounting or similar
