SUMMARY:
Degree/Diploma. Operational knowledge with regards to electricity billing

POSITION INFO:

Manage the electricity billing process to landlords, councils and tenants as well as ground lease payments. Review and confirm tarriff''s and consumption. Monthly reporting and management of recovery process. Strong communication skills. Liaise with landlords with relation to payments/ terms. East Rand based.
