An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accountant to join a well-established organisation based in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, experience within the property industry, and a solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance processes.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Bcomm
Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles
Minimum 2–3 years' relevant accounting experience
Property industry experience essential
Strong Excel and Financial Reporting Skill.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, journals, and supporting schedules.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure the integrity of financial records.
Process and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Experience within a property-related environment.
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
