POSITION INFO:

Support dayâtoâday accounting and financial operations within a growing fintech environment
Process and reconcile transactions across multiple payment streams and platforms
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthâend close processes
Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, payments, and operational systems
Assist with financial reporting and support management with insights
Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and process efficiency
Monitor and resolve discrepancies across financial data and systems
Support improvements in processes, controls, and reporting workflows
Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements
Contribute to a collaborative, handsâon finance function in a startup environment

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in accounting
Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively
Ability to work in a fastâpaced, evolving environment
Strong organisational and problemâsolving skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Adaptable and proactive mindset suited to a startup culture

Qualification:

Any postâmatric qualification including Diploma OR Certificate OR Degree in Finance or Accounting
