POSITION INFO:

My client looking to employ an Accountant. You will assist in important financial decisions by checking, fixing, and understanding financial records all year round, you will make sure the records are complete, correct, and that the correct rules of accounting is followed.

What you will be doing:

Approve weekly payments and manage accounts payable
Review debtors, liaise with Customer Service to ensure timely invoice collections
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and manage accrued/deferred income
Handle prepayments, accrued expenses, capitalization, revenue recognition, and intercompany recharges
Load results into HFM for consolidated reporting
Maintain intangible register and process amortization journals
Prepare payroll in collaboration with the Payroll Analyst
Complete global reporting packages
Prepare VAT returns and provisional tax submissions
Support audits, revenue share statements, and global finance tasks

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
3-5 years of relevant finance experience
Strong Excel skills (medium to advanced)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Solid business acumen and analytical mindset
Clear communication skills for explaining financial concepts
