POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leader in the warehousing and distribution industry, ensuring that products move seamlessly from storage to shelves. They pride themselves on efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. They’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to bring the same focus to their finance function.

In this role, you won’t just be managing numbers, you’ll be providing the clarity, compliance, and financial discipline that keeps operations on track in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Financial reporting & compliance
Assisting with audits and risk management
Inventory and cost analysis support
Enhancing and maintaining financial controls

Experience and Skills Required:

Qualification: BCom Accounting (completed articles advantageous)
Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role, ideally within warehousing or distribution
Strong knowledge of IFRS and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Excel
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
