SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accountant to oversee and execute core accounting operations at an operational level. This role is integral to ensuring financial accuracy, timely reporting, and efficient month-end close processes.

This role reports to the Finance Manager. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting duties
Review monthly financial reports and working paper files
Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts and journal entries
Complete trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and accompanying notes
Maintain accurate records, classifications, and file
Prepare monthly JV accounts where applicable
Assist with year-end audit preparations and support audit activities
Prepare and file final monthly financial reports

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Com degree
Property Retail Experience-Non-negotiable
4 years of relevant property experience
