Calling SAIPA qualified individuals that looking for a dynamic and active team! They are a well-established, forward-thinking organisation with offices based in both Stellenbosch and Cape Town. They looking to employ an Accountant to join the finance team, the finance team supports multiple business functions and legal entities, offering exposure to a diverse and stimulating working environment.

What you will be doing:

• Support monthly and weekly management account reporting
• Produce monthly bordereaux for insurers
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Review and approve invoices
• Process and pay supplier invoices
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks
• Help implement and maintain financial controls and processes
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and Xero (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
