Accountant

SUMMARY:
Our client in retail is looking for an experienced Accountant who has a has completed SAIPA articles and ± 2 years’ experience to join their team. Apply today if you are ready to roll up your sleeves.

POSITION INFO:

Stock balances – investigate variances and make corrections on journal
Update cashbook, importing bank statements
Process foreign payments
Liaise with internal staff on customer disputes of refunds
Cash flow forecasts
Run debtors and creditors age analysis
Vat returns
Payroll recon and inventory report
Balance sheet recons
Quarterly packs
Annual budgets
Assist with annual audit – internal and external

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
 
Qualification:
Finance Degree
SAIPA Articles – Completed
