Duties:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Manage general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain balance sheets.
• Prepare tax filings.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours

• 3 to 5 Years experience in an accounting role.
• Experience with accounting to management accounts.
• Must have experience with external auditors.
• SYSPRO experience is a must.

• Natural inclination towards problem solving.
• Understand good accounting controls and procedures with the added ability to draw up procedural files.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
