Account Manager/Digital PM

SUMMARY:

I am looking for your expertise and hybrid skill in Client Service and Digital Project management.

As this role is fully remote, working full time with your team and clients, reliable connectivity is non-negotiable.

POSITION INFO:
If you are extremely tech savvy with a solid working knowledge of Social Media and the ability to use a Content Management System (CMS)- this is a definite PLUS!

• Minimum 6 years experience in a digital or ATL agency environment with a strong client-service background
• High-level understanding of website, digital and social media project and account management
• Good people skills and the
• Confidence and experience to lead meetings and workshops
• Can write and handle briefs with ease whilst still addressing client queries

Essential to your success:

• Superb time-management skills with close attention to detail
• Operates well under pressure
• Assertive and independent
• Ability to manage large complex projects
• Solid understanding of financial project management, including cost estimates, budgeting, time allocation and billing processes.
