SUMMARY:
A software development house based in Kloof (KZN) is seeking the services of an Account Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Prior experience in an IT Services environment is beneficial

Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.
Continue assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Upsell services and solutions.
Manage a client’s projects from beginning to end.
Manage client’s requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.

Min Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years sales experience as an Account Manager

A strong sales focus

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail
