POSITION INFO:

A small and productive Branding and Design agency in Cape Town is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their busy team.

Must have:

2 - 4yrs experience working as an account manager within an advertising agency

Solid ATL and BTL experience

Traffic management experience advantageous

Working on FMCG accounts (within the food industry advantageous)

Roles and responsibilities

Day-to-day planning and operations management
Administration of accounts
Planning, coordinating and implementing projects from beginning to end
Interpret and writing up of briefings and debriefs
Time management of team and daily schedules
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Client communication, supportingÂ Business Unit Director
Daily management of projects and account handling
Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
Coordinate and overseeing freelancers and third parties/vendors, project resources and assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings
Manage and hold status / production meetings and updates
Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
Monitoring and improving processes
Working across multiple projects
Ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
Building effective relationships with key departments and clients
