Account Manager | Cape Town

SUMMARY:
My client seeks a Client service-star based in Cape Town but working largely remotely.

Kindly only apply if you have Advertising/Digital Marketing and Digital Project Management working experience.

1. Retention of existing clients and growth in this region will be your key focus area.
2. You will identify and build relationships with key decision-makers to establish a trusting relationship between strategic clients and the company.

POSITION INFO:

My client is a digital agency who offer software development,  custom web-based app development, product customization, and hosted application services through their very own team of developers, designers, and technicians.

Looking for your experience in:

• Leading the day to day relationships with clients
• Conducting client business reviews and communicating with clients at all levels, including C-suite
• Working on solving business problems leveraging your analytical expertise
• Ensuring client goals are achieved
• Partnering closely with the teams along your customers'' lifecycle
• Travel to events as and when needed

Non negotiable:

• Must be based in or near Cape Town
• Minimum 5 years agency/brand experience
• Strong project management, accountability and troubleshooting skills
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• An ease of understanding complex tech environments
• You have proven experience in managing and growing client relationships
• Experience in revenue-generation
• Expertise in ensuring optimal campaign performance through monitoring and communicating efficiently
• Able to collaborate across multiple teams 
• Excellent English skills
