SUMMARY:

A well-established Financial Institution is seeking the above to strategically and operationally manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients by seeking, identifying and exploiting business opportunities for the bank and ensuring financial performance of the portfolio and sound governance.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Must have a relevant Post Graduate degree (CA would be preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 4 years'' judgmental credit and relationship management experience are essential
  • Product knowledge experience will be required
  • Previous exposure /experience in Agriculture commercial banking would be ideal

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and managing key stakeholder business relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives.
  • Managing people by executing management responsibilities and creating an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
  • Continuously assessing own performance, seeking timely and clear feedback and requesting training where appropriate.
  • Compiling reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
  • Providing appropriate banking solutions across the business to prospective clients.
  • Establishing mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for revenue growth in order to deliver on sales targets.
  • Developing tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.
  • Assessing and evaluating business credit applications in accordance with the Bank’s Credit Policy and within set time frames.
  • Driving the achievement of customer migration by recommending solutions and improving efficiencies.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
