Account Executive - Commercial Insurance (KZN)

Major Financial Services firm seeks driven individual. Pivotal role to manage a large portfolio of reputable clients based in the KZN region. Manage their complex Commercial Insurance requirements, such as Business interruptions, Commercial property, Guarantees etc. Hunt for new business in KZN. Great career opportunities with mkt leader.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a well-established portfolio of clients within diverse sectors from logistics, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, marine to name a few, etc
• Be instrumental in building relationships with existing clients and grow the Commercial Insurance book.
• Tailor-make Commercial Business Insurance solutions to meet unique and growing needs of clients’ businesses.
• Generate business with clients by sourcing leads, analysing customer data and meeting potential customers.
• Provide personalised and professional service to customers.
• Sell and negotiate customised Short Term Insurance solutions to clients in the region.

Qualification and Experience:

• Relevant Degree plus RE qualification (FAIS compliant);
• 8 to 15 years exp in Sales or Relationship Mgt in Comm. Insurance essential.
• Proven track record. Good understanding of relevant industries and market conditions.
