Accounts Clerk Assistant (Montague Gardens)

We’re looking for a self-starter who is flexible and keen to get involved in a variety of tasks from Accounts, administration, and customer service to join their dynamic team.

Salary: R13k – R16k Depending on qualifications

Part time / Month – Month to Permanent Position

Responsibilities:

Reconciliations

Processing of accounts journals 

Capture and allocate Cash book data and bank reconciliation.

Reconciliation of Petty cash and general expenses

Processing and month end provisions and reconciliations of general ledger - all month end journals

General Administration & data capturing

Consistently demonstrates willingness to assist the Finance team to ensures smooth operations in department

Customer service

Requirements:

Ability to work accurately under pressure

Working independently

Strong attention to detail a and

Basic Accounting knowledge
