  • Must have degree or higher
  • Exp in Operations Management & Academics (Academic Principal role with operations)
  • Extensive management, administrative & organizational skills
  • At least 5 yrs exp in managing people, projects, finances, sales, labour relations, Human Resources management & Development, Marketing & Good governance practices.
  • Excellent organizational & leadership skills.
  • Excellent Decision making & problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a high pressure environment
