POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Min of 3 previous years in farm management
• Min of 2 previous years’ experience with avocado farming
• Previous nut farming experience advantageous
• Computer literate
• Excellent management skills
• Global Gap experience advantageous
• Ability to speak Xhosa/Zulu advantageous

Proven experience with:

1. Irrigation
2. Crop protection
3. Harvesting
4. Administration
