AUTOMOTIVE PARTS WARRANTY & CLAIMS ADJUDICATOR

Preferred Qualification: Matric and Mechanic or any relevant vehicle related qualification

Previous experience and work experience and Parts Warranty & Claims Adjudicator an essential requirement.

Technical assessment on returned automotive parts (warranty claims)
Zpprove and repudiate warranty claim based on the assessment results
Issue rejection report or parts failure reports
Give feedback to the branches and clients relating to parts returned
Clarify technical reports to clients and branches
Assist clients and branches with parts technical information
Assess warehouse stock and ensure parts are allocated to correct part numbers
Monitoring parts return rate or trends
Initiating recalls for parts with manufacturing defects
Liaise with supplier reps for parts that require rectifications or further assessment
Practical understanding of automobile engineering and mechanics an essential requirement
Possess an investigative spirit with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent reading comprehension an analytical skill and ability to compose reports
Evaluate if malfunction of parts is due to manufacturing defect or mechanic installation error.
Write written reports to all parties.
If Manufacturing defect is found, submit all relevant supplier claims documentation for Manufacturing replacement.
If Mechanic Installation error is found, writing report as to the outcome of the investigation.
