Qualification and Skills Requirements
1) Matric certificate or Diploma/Degree in marketing
2) Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position at Telecommunication sector / mobile phones
3) Knowledge of marketing and project management
4) Good project management and time management skill
5) Good presentation and reporting skills
6) Creative, proactive and take ownership of assigned jobs
Duties and responsibilities
1) Find and Develop project to help brand or product performance
2) Lead internal& external team to implement the plan
3) Monitor and report project progress and set deadlines
4) Solve issues that arise
5) Calculate and control the ROI
6) Prepare and manage budget breakdown up
7) Ensure satisfaction of stakeholders
8) Evaluate project performance
9) Develop key learning report for future reference
10) Prepare and manage strategy & execution for all Above-the-Line (ATL) and below-The-Line (BTL)/ Sponsorship Project
11) Manage and communicate with external agencies for project
