POSITION INFO:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver superior guest services
- Meet and greet clients
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Stock control of the inventory and equipment of the 5 units
- Supervises household employees engaged in such tasks as cleaning of the units and issuing linens
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in laundry room
- Resolves complaints regarding accommodation, or service.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Strong supervisory, motivational and people skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Strong administration
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- At least 2 years hospitality management experience
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
