SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity to further your career in a prestigious Company that are market leaders in Integrated Solution. We are looking for an Area Manager in the Pretoria area with experience in the Security Industry - Guarding Division.

POSITION INFO:

DUTIES
  • Setting sales targets.
  • Maximising sales and profitability.
  • Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment.
  • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.
  • Driving team performance.
  • Controlling the training and development of your staff.
  • Experience in investigations
  • Report writing
  • Rosters and managing wages
  • CCMA representation
  • Fleet Management
  • Site surveys
 
 REQUIREMENTS:
  1. 5 - 10 Years - experience in the Security Field
  2. Computer literate – excel and word
  3. Grade A PSIRA Certificate
  4. Grade 12 School qualification
  5. Must reside in or around Pretoria
  6. Good communication skills (Client service).
