Job Description
Our Client has an admitted attorney vacancy in the Absa foreclosure department to start 2 May 2023. This is an EE position.
The job requirements are as follows:
- Admitted attorney with at least 2 years post admission experience;
- Must have in depth knowledge of Absa foreclosures, including drafting of all pleadings, applications and notices;
- Must know the DM11 system;
- Must have general litigation experience in the High Court;
- Must be able to work independently.
Qualifications
LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney.
