Job Description

A well-established group of Resorts with a nationwide footprint seeks a strong Maintenance Manager (with trade test qualification) and Resort Maintenance Management experience. The manager must have a technical background and well-familiar with Resort Maintenance. Strong operationally (Hands On) and also administratively in terms of managing budgets and purchases as well as costs and stock within the department. Will report to Resort GM.

Qualifications

Formal Trade Test Qualification and Wireman''s license ideal. Otherwise Trade tested Boilermaker. Matric (Non Negotiable).

Skills

Proven stable track record within Resort Maintenance Management. Strong Electrical Knowledge and experience in this kind of environment. Boilermaking knowledge and experience a strong advantage as well. Effective leader and manager. Strong Admin and Stock Control skills. Good training skills. Ability to promote a solid team environment amongst staff and effectively handle preventative maintenance and repairs.
