Job Description

We are looking for Duty managers for a beautiful Country Farm Hotel located close to Oudtshoorn. Start date 1 September and  another to start on 1 October. 6 Months fixed term contract. To be revised again after 6 months. Some hospitality & restaurant/kitchen experience is required as the duties will include: Checking the guests in & out. Restaurant duty management during breakfast & dinner times. Housekeeping checks. General guest relations. Stock control. General Administration.

Qualifications

Relevant Hospitality qualifications will prove an advantage.

Skills

Driver’s licence & own transport required as they are a bit out of town. Previous Hospitality Duty Management/Front of House experience within an upmarket Lodge/Hotel. Happy to work in a fairly remote region. Gregarious personality. Must enjoy interacting with guests.
