Job Description
Our client (A short term insurance brokerage specializing in commercial and personal lines) seeks two experienced Claims Negotiators/Handlers/Administrators to join their team.
They seek a more senior individual with strong Commercial (Heavy Commercial Vehicles) claims experience. This individual must be fluent in English and Afrikaans as the main client is Afrikaans. Cardinal CIMS working knowledge is required (Not negotiable). We are seeking senior claims professionals who are well experienced, able to handle backlogs and pressure as required and efficiently handle the claims process, ensuring satisfied clients and insurers.
They seek a second less senior, but still well experienced Claims professional to handle Commercial and Personal lines. Again this person should be able to hit the ground running in terms of managing work load, which is high currently due to number of claims coming through in KZN. Cardinal, CIMS working knowledge essential.
Qualifications
Relevant acquired qualifications are an advantage.
Skills
CIMS/Cardinal/Flexi working knowledge and experience. Proven track record in Short Term Insurance Claims experience. Commercial and Personal lines. More senior Claims person must be fluent in Afrikaans. Must be well experienced in Commercial and HCV claims. Great people skills. Engaging with clients. Professional, efficient and pro-active individuals required.
