Job Description

Attend to email & phone call inquiries for reservations. Check overall cleanliness of lodge. Assist with receiving guests. Assist with check-in’s  &  check-out’s. Oversee breakfast/lunch/dinner service & help where needed. Assist with sales in Curio Shop. Assist with walking guests to Spa. Hosting guests.

Qualifications

Formal Hospitality Qualifications will prove an advantage but not essential if experienced in a similar role.

Skills

Minimum 2-3 years within a similar role within an upmarket Game Lodge/Lodge/Country Hotel environment. Willing to work in a remote area away from big city lights. Driver''s license. Own transport ideal. Great Communication skills. Well-presented.  Outgoing and friendly personality.  Able to engage well with Guests and Staff.
