Our client is looking for a well experienced 5* Hotel Restaurant Management with proven track record within a similar type of environment and establishment.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is: Hip, Mature, Charismatic, a Go-getter. Must have at least 5 years’ Restaurant Management experience in a 5* establishment (not lodges). Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent Customer Care experience. Strong… to lead his/her staff to world-class service.
