Job Description

Our client seeks a strong Assistant Management Couple who will report to General Management Couple at the lodge. We are seeking a full all rounder FOH/Hostess/Reservations/ Duty Manager (Kitchen/Chef experience is a bonus) and a FGASA level 2 Guide. This is a 5*, Very Exclusive Lodge with only 5 Rooms accommodating 6 guests per vehicle maximum to give the guests a superlative experience.  Regret no couples with Children or pets can be considered due to park/reserve and accommodation constraints.

Qualifications

Him: FGASA level 2 and all relevant Guiding Qualifications/Certifications.

Skills

Him: Great Guest relations and Guiding Skills within Big 5 Territory. Punctual, Reliable, Proven Track Record. Good Knowledge of the Bush and its small and large fauna and flora. Her: Great Hosting ability. Versatile all rounder in front of house operations. Good Admin skills. Couple must be well presented.
