Job Description
Our client produces and supplies Bulk produced, pre-packed sauces (such as Trinchando, Napolitana, Bechamel, etc.) and Stews (such as Oxtail, Bolognaise, etc.) to Restaurants in varying quantities but always of the same quality and consistency. We are looking for a Central Production Kitchen Manager to oversee Ordering, Costing, Portion Control, Consistency, Training, Hygiene, etc. Previous experience within a Catering Kitchen or similar Ready to Eat Line Production Kitchen is required. This is a Monday to Friday Operation.
Qualifications
Formal Professional Cookery Diploma.
Skills
Strong Costing/Ordering/Stock Control experience (Ideally in a Catering Services Company or Central Production Kitchen.)
