A beautiful upmarket Game Lodge located in Vaalwater, Limpopo.

Job Description

 

We are seeking a Sous chef/Senior Chef de Partie for this beautiful lodge.  All our chefs prepare and cook for guests, on a shift basis. Will work closely with the Head Chef. Assist with Menu planning, orders, stock control/takes, wastage management, guest liaison. Previous experience within an upmarket Lodge required.

 

Qualifications

Professional Cookery Diploma

Skills

Good Cooking Skills. Previously experienced in Bush/Game Lodge style upmarket Catering. Great Communication and Interpersonal skills.
